These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cascade. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Early access
Cascade is currently invite-only. Access to sign-in and paid plans is limited to whitelisted teams and may change or be revoked during the early access period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the data you connect and the decisions you make.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Cascade provides decision support, not decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.
